Refund policy

If for any reason the item is less than satisfactory, a return request may be made via “Orders” on My Account page on our website within six (6) days of receipt. In order to be eligible for a return, all returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.

Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be issued to the buyer’s original payment method. Please note that the actual time for the refund to be posted on the buyer’s original payment method may vary depending on the bank. Depending on the reason for the return request, the refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.

Please note: Some items will be considered final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange, or it may depend on the vendor's policy to accept or reject a return/exchange.

Refunds

Once the return package reaches our warehouse, we will process the refund, and you should see the refund within 3-4 business days (may vary depending on each bank).

Important Notes:

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If a package is marked as delivered (per tracking info) but you claim you did not receive it, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
If you have provided the wrong shipping address, we will deduct both the shipping and return shipping costs from your refund. If the package does not return to our warehouse, no refund will be issued.
Any free product received as an offer must be returned along with the main product in case of a return.
