Received Wrong Item and Customer Service Never Responded
I was very excited to order a variety of these bags for my friends for my bachelorette trip. When I received the order, I received one of them to be the wrong item. I contacted customer service the day I received it, in which I received an automated email that they would get back to me with 4 working hours. 5 days later I received another automated email that they would get back to me within 48 hours. There was still never a response from customer service and I still have the wrong item. It is now too late to exchange for the correct item in time for the trip, which wouldn’t have been an issue if they would have any type of customer service.
